Terms of Service

Your photos and permissions

Use only photos you own or have permission to upload, including permission from the people depicted. Provide one person in each required slot: first the rider, then the chaser. Do not use the service for harmful impersonation or unlawful content.

One-time video packs

Prices are in USD: $9.90 for 1 video, $24.90 for 3, and $69.00 for 10. There is no subscription. Review your photos, scene, delivery email and final checkout total before paying. Confirmed payment starts the first video. Remaining paid credits belong to the same private order and do not expire.

AI output and audio

Your photos guide the rider and chaser, and the selected reference guides the scene and action. The original scene audio is merged after generating the picture. AI may change identity details, clothing, backgrounds and movement; exact likeness and identical shots are not guaranteed. Audio inclusion does not grant rights to third-party music, branding or footage. Preview the whole video before sharing.

Delivery and access

Follow progress and download on your private result page or through your email link. Keep the link confidential. Videos remain available for 30 days and email access links expire after 30 days. Download a local copy. An email delay alone does not mean generation failed.

Failed tasks and support

Confirmed failures return the video credit to the order for another attempt. Uncertain tasks remain under review instead of starting a duplicate paid generation. Credit returns are different from cash refunds. For billing disputes, duplicate payment or other purchase issues, contact support@crazy-frog-ai.org with your order reference. See the refund information.

Independent service

Crazy Frog AI is independent and is not affiliated with the Crazy Frog brand or TikTok. Questions about these terms can be sent to our support email.
