Information used for your video

We use your two uploaded photos, selected scene, delivery email, anonymous browser session, order and payment records to create and deliver your video. Entering an email does not reveal earlier orders. Upload abuse protection stores a keyed network-address hash with photo records for up to 7 days, rather than the raw network address.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application, database and private media storage and sends transactional emails. KIE receives your two photos, silent scene reference and generation instructions for Seedance 2.0 mini. FAL receives the generated picture and original reference audio to merge the finished video. Stripe handles payment. We store payment identifiers, amount, currency and status, not full card numbers. These providers have their own data processing and retention policies.

Storage and private access

Uploaded photos expire after 7 days and completed videos after 30 days on our systems. Download a local copy before expiry. Browser photo drafts expire after 24 hours and are removed when draft storage is next used. Saved order references and drafts can be removed by clearing this site’s browser data. Private email access links expire after 30 days; anyone holding a valid link can access its order. Unused paid credits do not expire; contact support from your delivery email for access after link expiry. Payment and security records may be retained for disputes or legal obligations.

Cookies, analytics and your privacy

We use essential cookies to keep your anonymous session and let you access your private orders without signing in. Blocking these cookies may prevent order access from working. We use Google Analytics to understand site visits and steps such as viewing examples and starting video creation, and Plausible for website traffic statistics, so we can improve the experience. Your uploaded photos and finished videos are not automatically published.

Requests and contact

For access, correction or deletion requests, email support@crazy-frog-ai.org from your delivery address with your order reference. Never send card details or private access tokens.
